Shipping & Returns



Payment must be received before item will ship. We ship in-stock orders within 3-5 business days, usually sooner though. The Village & Co. ships all orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping & handling charges are based on the items purchased.

We currently only ship within the US, via USPS, but if you would like to upgrade your shipping (RUSH, UPS or FEDEX) or place a international order, please contact us at before making your purchase. We are happy to accommodate your request if we can!

Returns & Exchanges

We love our customers and hope you will enjoy your new piece/s from The Village & Co. Being a very small business in the early growing stage, all sales are final. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. If are truly unhappy with your items please contact us within 3 days and we will try to work something out.

We try to list our items as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind all our pottery and decor is handmade and might slightly vary in size, shape, texture and color. Some glazes get a crackle effect after some use. This is safe. No two items are exactly alike and some minor imperfections are part of the creative process. We feel it adds to the items beauty and sets them apart from factory production. We hope you feel the same.

Handmade ceramics are of a delicate nature and even with normal wear & tear, pieces may break sometimes over time. We cannot be responsible for this and recommend gentle care and hand washing for the longevity of your pottery. 


We aim to be as eco friendly as possible and will sometimes recycle packaging material and boxes. Not in specified gift orders though. If you do not wish to participate in this and wish for all new packaging you can indicate this as a note in your order. 


Damaged pottery:

Great care is taken to package your items securely and we hope you will never receive damaged items, but in the event you do we are here to help you. This is what you do:

1. Please photograph the package and the broken items.

2. E-mail us within 2 days of receipt of damaged items at

3. We will send out your replacement if available or arrange for a refund as soon as possible. We do not refund shipping costs.
